Overview

The Zoom integration lets Storelane create Zoom meetings for eligible booking products. After Zoom is connected, Storelane can create meeting links automatically and include them in booking confirmations.

Use this guide to add the Zoom app, use it with bookings, and remove access when you no longer need the integration.

Requirements

  • You must be signed in to a Storelane account with permission to manage integrations.
  • You must have access to the Zoom account that should host the meetings.
  • Only Storelane account owners or admins should connect or remove the Zoom integration.

If your browser is already signed in to Zoom, Zoom may skip the sign-in screen and take you directly to the permission review page.

Setup Checklist

  • Open the Storelane dashboard.
  • Click Integrations in the left menu.
  • Select Zoom.
  • Click Connect.
  • Approve Storelane on the Zoom permission screen.

Add the Zoom App

  1. Open your Storelane dashboard.
  2. Go to Integrations.
  3. Select Zoom.
  4. Review the Zoom integration details.
  5. Click Connect.
  6. When redirected to Zoom, review the requested permissions.
  7. Click Allow to approve Storelane.

After approval, Storelane returns you to the dashboard and marks Zoom as connected.

Use Zoom With Bookings

After connecting Zoom, create or edit a coaching call, consultation, or webinar product in Storelane.

When a customer books a paid session, Storelane creates the Zoom meeting and sends the join link automatically with the booking confirmation.

Zoom can be used for:

  • Paid coaching calls
  • Consultations
  • Webinars
  • Other booking products that require a meeting link

Zoom Authorization Flow

The connection flow moves through these screens:

  1. Open Integrations: In Storelane, choose Integrations from the dashboard navigation.
  2. Select Zoom and connect: Open the Zoom integration card and click Connect.
  3. Approve in Zoom: Review the Storelane permissions in Zoom and click Allow.

Storelane may request permission to view and create meetings, view account information needed to connect the integration, and create webinars when a Storelane product uses webinars.

Remove the Zoom App

Disconnecting Zoom stops Storelane from creating new Zoom links. Existing booking records remain visible in Storelane, but new booking confirmations will not include Zoom links until Zoom is connected again.

To remove access from Storelane:

  1. Open the Storelane dashboard.
  2. Go to Integrations.
  3. Open Zoom.
  4. Choose Disconnect.

To remove access from Zoom:

  1. Open the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Go to Manage.
  3. Open Added Apps.
  4. Select Storelane.
  5. Click Remove.
